Human GCI

TAW DCS C 3 is a Support and training unit, which improve and optimize pilot situation awareness and success in air combat. The C 3 team provides ATC and GCI services at Mandatories and on-demand at squadron trainings. We do so by delivering all necessary communication required to get the most comprehensive picture of the current battlefield. We are the link, eyes and ears between the pilot and the outside world beyond visual range.
Furthermore, we hone and deliver optimum communication skills to all pilots in TAW DCS via various training sessions.
In order to be a member of the TAW DCS C 3 team you need to be, motivated to take a leadership
role in Mandatory combat scenarios, have a calm mind and a mature personality.

The Grim Reapers

F-16C Viper

F-14B Tomcat

F/A-18C Hornet

F-15C Eagle

One of the oldest squads in TAW-DCS, The Grim Reapers were activated in September 2015.
Flying the F-15, F-16, F-14 and F-18, The Grim Reapers are a feared enemy, able to adapt to any situation and challenge. The squad came to fame thanks to numerous Team Kills, a putrid sense of humor among its members, and a never ending banter that always succeeded to raise the morale on the battlefield.
The squad maintained its readiness by participating in a number of exercises and global events, like Joint Warrior, Top Gun, SATAC, SATAL, and several other events. Also, four Grim Reapers were part of the SATAL-2019 winning teams Diamond and Gold!
P.S. We are NOT the Grim Reapers from YouTube! We’re much older and cooler!

Daggers

F-16C Viper

F/A-18C Hornet

Mirage-2000C

The 8th Tactical Fighter Squadron, nicknamed DAGGERS, is part of the DCS EU 52nd TFW Battalion.
Created in May 2016 by Dugo, DAGGERS are today headed by Daystrom who has been with TAW since 2019.
A well Respected Squadron in the DCS community due to a high level of knowledge in most modules and effectiveness during Missions.
We excel in any kind of tasks that is designated to us.
Our pilots accept any fight. You can see them taking part in various competitions and public events such as SATAL, TOP GUN, REAL WAR Community Event, ARENA and others.
DAGGERS is known for traditionally being a Mirage 2000C Squadron, however it has pivoted into a number of other airframes and our pilots enjoy flying a diverse range of airframes including helos and warbirds.”

Aggressors

J-11/Su-27 Flanker

F-15C Eagle

F-16C Viper

F/A-18C Hornet

JF-17 Thunder

The AGGRESSORS are known for their aggressive flying style and bold tactics. They are well trained war machines with loads of knowledge and experience. Within the Squadron they never forget to have fun, but are always focused for the kill and to support the coalition forces like Strikers, Helicopters and Ground Forces.

Striker Platoon

Gustav Röd

AJS-37 Viggen

Gustav Röd is TAW EU’s dedicated “AJS37 Viggen” squadron.
Viggen’s wide range of weapons allow us to engage a wide array of targets: ships, air defenses and infrastructures, in all weathers.
We aim to push the boundaries of the AJS-37 Viggen in a modern battlefield. Combining the old Swedish Air Force tactics with modern applications of our weapons systems we’re a force to be reckoned with.
